Track the Location of Mobile Phones


Global positioning satellite (GPS) service comes equipped with many cell phones. A GPS is one of the most popular ways to track a cell phone. This feature allows a person to track his misplaced or lost phone. It is also a great feature for parents to locate their children through their GPS-enabled mobile phone. Free software programs such as Mologogo, Buddy Way and Instamapper allow you to track a mobile phone's location.


Instructions


Mologogo


1. Complete the registration process for a Mologogo account at Mologogo.com. Sign in with your user name and password if you already have an account.


2. Download the software to your mobile phone.


3. Log into the account and follow the steps listed to track the mobile phone.


Buddy Way


4. Register for a Buddy Way account at Buddyway.com. Follow the instructions for registering the mobile phone. This will include creating an account password and user name.


5. Install the tracking software to the mobile phone.


6. Sign into your Buddy Way account and track the mobile phone using the tracking instructions given.


Instamapper


7. Go to the Instamapper website Instamapper.com. Create an account or sign in to your account with your user name and password.


8. Look for the map that is displayed on the screen with the blinking light.


9. Follow the blinking light that is labeled with the user name that you created. This will let you know where the mobile phone is located.
