Put Speaker Notes On A Powerpoint 2007

Add speaker notes to your PowerPoint 2007 presentation.

Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 is presentation software that is a part of the Microsoft Office 2007 software package, and it allows users to create various slides with sounds, animations and videos. When printing out the slides as handouts for a group you can add speaker notes at the bottom of each slide to give the reader more information. Also, you can add the speaker notes to use when playing your PowerPoint presentation to help you with extra information to present to a group.

Instructions

1. Open the Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 application on your computer. Go to the slide on the presentation where you want to add notes.

2. Click on the "Click to add notes" option at the bottom the application and then type in the speaker notes. Make sure to type in the notes as you want to see them when giving your presentation.

3. Click on any other slide that you want to add speaker notes to in the "Slides" pane on the left-hand side of the application. Click on the "Click to add to notes" option at the bottom of the application.

4. Type in all of the speaker notes for your other slides. Click on the "View" tab when you're finished.

5. Click on the "Notes Page" button in the "Presentation Views" group. You will then see how the speaking notes would appear when you print out your slides, which appear just below each slide.
