The MobiMB Mobile Media Browser for Nokia phones is a software application produced by the UK-based LogoManager Company. MobiMB software allows the user to customize color logos and polyphonic ringtones on the Nokia phone. A fully-functional 30-day free trial version of the program is available through the LogoManager website, as well as other preferred download providers. The full version of the application is available for about $26 from the vendor's website.
Instructions
1. Select one of the download provider links for the MobiMB Media Browser for Nokia Phones (see Resources below).
2. Open a web browser and enter the URL for the selected download provider.
3. Click the "Download" or "Download Now" link or button.
4. Click the "Save" button to save the installation file to the computer hard drive.
5. Navigate to the saved installation file and double-click the file to begin installation of the program to the PC.
6. Click "Next" when the setup wizard opens to begin the installation.
7. Click the check box to agree to the terms and conditions of use of the software.
8. Click the "Next" button to continue installation.
9. Enter the name and email address of the primary user in the respective input boxes.
10. Click the check boxes to include the optional selections on the following page. Selections include "Add Shortcuts to the Start Menu," "Add Shortcuts to the Desktop," and "Start the Software when Setup is finished."
11. Click the "Next" button to continue.
12. Click the "Finish" button to complete installation and start the application.
13. Plug one end of a USB cable into the Nokia phone, and the other end into a USB port on the computer where the MobiMB software is installed.
14. In the "Preferences" window, click "Add a Connection."
15. Navigate to and add the USB phone-to-computer connection to the MobiMB Media Browser interface by double-clicking the entry. When registered, the media on the phone will list in the media browser.
