N95 8gb Specs

The Nokia N95 is a mobile phone released for all users who have service on GSM networks. Since the phone is unlocked, it works with any SIM card. The N95 has a maximum of eight gigabytes of storage space with a microSD memory card. Released in 2007, the N95 is not actively sold by any United States carrier.


Screen and Battery


The Nokia N95 has an LCD screen that measures 2.6 inches diagonally. The screen has 24-bit color that allows it show over 24 million different colors. All images display at a resolution of 240 pixels by 320 pixels. The N95 features a lithium ion battery with a 950 mAh (milliamp hours) capacity. The battery lasts up to six hours and 30 minutes of usage or nine days and four hours on standby mode.


System and Internet


The N95 has 160 megabytes of internal storage space and 64 megabytes of RAM. The phone connects to the Class 32 Edge network to get Internet at speeds up to 296 kilobytes per second. The N95 is faster when connected to 3G networks but the speed varies depending on the carrier's network. The N95 uses the Symbian 9.2 operating system and also picks up Wi-Fi connections. The phone has a 332 MHz Dual ARM processor.


Media


The N95 features a five megapixel digital camera with an LED flash in case of dim or dark lighting. The camera has 10 different levels of digital zoom and also records video. Photos are taken at a resolution of 2,592 pixels by 1,944 pixels. The N95 also has a media player for music and videos. The media player supports MP3, WMA, WAV, RA, AAC and M4A audio files. WMV, RV, MP4 and 3GP video files also run on the phone.


Other Features


The N95 is Bluetooth 2.0 compatible, so you can link to other phones and computers to share files. Bluetooth also allows you to connect to a wireless headset and talk without using your hands. A USB port is on the phone so you can connect to a computer and transfer files back and forth. The N95 has an alarm clock, a calendar for organization and a basic function calculator.
