Instructions
1. Ensure that you have the proper equipment. In order to make calls from your personal computer, you will need a microphone and headphones. If you have a headset that is compatible with your computer, that will work as well. Plug in your equipment before you begin.
2. Sign up for a service that allows you to make free calls from your PC. Google Talk and iCall allow you to make free calls using their services.
3. Download any required software. Some services require that you download their software to your computer. Download any required software, and install it to your system.
4. Login to your account. If the service you are using required a download, open the program you downloaded and login to your account. If no download was required, visit the services website and login.
5. Dial the number. Using the interface, dial the mobile phone number. After you have dialed, press "Send" or "Call".
