Put Music On A Nokia 2720 Music Player

Connect your computer and cell phone by Bluetooth to transfer music files.

The Nokia 2720 Fold has a music player which you can use to play some of your favorite songs either through the phone's speakers or by using headphones. Be warned that the internal memory for the Nokia 2720 is only nine megabytes so you will only be able to get a few songs on your cell at a time. The best way to transfer music files from your computer to the Nokia 2720 is via Bluetooth.

Instructions

1. Access the settings menu on the Nokia 2720 and activate Bluetooth. Place your phone close to your computer.

2. Activate Bluetooth on your computer. To do this click the "Start" menu, select "Run," and type in "bthprops.cpl" to load Bluetooth Settings. Press "OK", and then click "Add" to load the Add Bluetooth Device Wizard. Tick the box for "My device is set up and ready to be found" and click "Next."

3. Select your Nokia 2720 from the list of devices which appear and click "Next." You may now need to enter your four-digit passkey, which is the PIN number of your cell phone.

4. Click on the "Start" menu and select "Run" again. Enter "%windir%\system32\fsquirt.exe" to load the Bluetooth File Transfer Wizard. Select "Do you want to send or receive a file?" and click "Send a file," and then "Next." On the "Select where you want to send the file" page, click the "Browse" button, select your Nokia phone, and click "Next." On the "Select the file you want to send" page, click on "Browse" and locate the music file you wish to add to your phone. The music file must be in MP3 or AAC format.

5. Confirm that you would like to receive the file on your cell phone and then click "Next" on your computer to send the file. Once the file has been sent it will give you the option to save it to the Media Gallery on your phone. You can now access it through your music player.
