A cell phone camera is an adequate alternative to lugging along a camera. With a cell phone, you can share your pictures with friends on social networking Web sites or save those photos to your computer. There are numerous ways to upload pictures to a cell phone. Once you have uploaded the pictures, they can be saved and shared with friends and family via e-mail.
Instructions
1. Send a picture message to your personal e-mail account. Go to the pictures folder on your cell phone and select the picture that you wish to upload. Then, select "Send" or "Messages" for that particular message. Type in your e-mail address. Choose "Send" or "Send Message" and the picture will be uploaded to your e-mail account. You will then be able to save the picture to your computer.
2. Upload pictures to a Facebook account via cell phone. A Facebook Mobile account (and a Facebook account if you don't have one) is necessary. Access the picture on your cell phone as you would if e-mailing the picture to your account. Type the number "32665" in the "To" box. Send the message and the picture will be saved to your Facebook account.
3. Post your cell phone pictures to your Twitter account via TwitPic. Sign into TwitPic and click "Settings." An e-mail address will be posted on the Web site under the "Mobile" header. This e-mail address will be for your specific Twitter account.Find the picture on your cell phone that you want to upload. Go to the "Send Message" screen for that picture and type in the TwitPic e-mail address. Click "Send" and the picture will be uploaded to your TwitPic and Twitter page.
4. Add cell phone pictures to your MySpace profile. Log onto your MySpace profile and click the "My Account" tab at the top of the page. Select the "Mobile" link at the top of the next page. Scroll down the Mobile page to find the MySpace e-mail for your account. Save this e-mail and go to the pictures on your cell phone. Choose a picture and go to the "Send Message" screen for that photo. Enter the MySpace e-mail in the "To" box and click "Send." That picture will be added to the "My Mobile Photos" album on "Pics" portion of your MySpace account.
