Opera Mobile is an alternative Web browser for smart phones. Several tricks exist for the program, including the ability to install the browser directly on the device, instead of connecting your phone to the computer to install the program.

Traditionally, in order to install applications on your smart phone, you had to connect the USB cable to your computer and run "Active Sync" or "Windows Mobile Device Center" to install programs. More software manufacturers are creating smaller files that are installable directly on the device. Install Opera Mobile by pointing the phone's Web browser to m.opera.com.
Search the Web
Instead of browsing to a search engine on your phone's Web browser, you can search directly from your start screen. Launch the program by clicking its icon in your list of programs. Then, tap the search field and enter your search query. Click "Search," and your result will appear.
Zoom Web Pages
When browsing the Internet, you may not be able to see some text with a zoom feature. Tap the area that you are reading and the browser will zoom into that part of the site. Zoom out by tapping the "Zoom Out" button, located to the left of the browser menu.
Save Pages to Speed Dial
Speed Dial is an easy way to access favorite websites with the click of a button. After you launch the program, click the "+" button on an empty dial and enter the Web address. The site will be saved to that dial.
