Windows Mobile phones have themes on the today screen and the start menu that can be changed to the theme you desire. These themes can be installed to your device using your USB cable provided with your device. You can create themes using your own pictures or selected install themes that have been created by others from online sites. These themes can be changed as often as desired and can be changed on both or a single screen.
Instructions
Portable Themes
1. Click "Make a new theme" on the "Portable themes" home page.
2. Click "Browse" in the section for the type of theme you would like to install.
3. Click "Upload wallpaper and create theme."
4. Select your Windows Mobile version by clicking the image.
5. Select the color of your theme and click "Download theme." Your theme will be downloaded to your computer.
6. Connect your USB cable to your phone and an open USB slot on your computer. You device will automatically sync with your computer and install your theme.
Windows Mobile Online
7. Scroll to select the theme you would like to add to your phone from the Windows Mobile "Themes" page.
8. Click "Touch screen," "Nontouch screen," or "Landscape nontouch screen" next to the theme you select.
9. Sign in to your Windows or MSN account or sign up for a new account. The theme will download to your computer.
10. Attach your USB cable to your phone and to your mobile device. Your device will automatically begin to sync with your computer and install the theme.

11. Scroll to select theme you would like to be installed on your phone.
12. Click the name of the theme you would like installed on the phone.
13. Click "Download" to install the theme. Follow the steps of the installation wizard to ensure proper download.
14. Connect your USB cable to your phone and to an open USB slot on your computer. Synchronization will start automatically and your theme will be installed on your device.
