Instructions
1. Visit the TracFone website and access the "Technical Support Reporting" tool (see References).
2. Enter your serial number in the appropriate field and click "Submit." Locate the serial number by pressing the "Menu" key on your TracFone cell phone and press "OK" on the "Prepaid" screen. Highlight "Serial Number" and press "OK" to view the number.
3. Review the list of technical issues possible and click "Continue" next to the issue you are currently experiencing.
4. Answer the questions regarding the issues you are experiencing. Follow the troubleshooting steps listed. If your issues are resolved after following the steps, click "Cancel" to exit the tool.
5. Enter your contact information including your name and a contact phone number. Do not enter the TracFone's number as a contact number. You need to be on a separate phone in order to troubleshoot the TracFone. Click "Submit."
