Install an LG Bluetooth Mono Headset HBM 770
The LG Bluetooth HBM 770 headset is used to send your voice calls wirelessly from a cell phone so you can listen and respond to them when your phone isn't immediately available. To install the headset, you will need to set it to pairing mode and then turn on the Bluetooth feature in your phone's menu.
Instructions
1. Press the power button on the LG HBM 770 headset for one second, then release it to set the headset to pairing mode. Wait for the headset's LED light to flash on and off repeatedly for 10 seconds and then turn a solid blue color, which indicates it is searching for a device to connect to.
2. Turn on your Bluetooth-enabled cell phone. Access the phone's main menu screen. Scroll through the list of options and choose "Settings."
3. Scroll down through the "Settings" menu and locate the option that is labeled "Bluetooth." Press the "OK" or center button on your phone to access the next menu screen.
4. Select the option to turn on the Bluetooth feature. Enter the Bluetooth lock code, if your model of cell phone has one (you can find it in the phone's manual). Enter the standard code of "1111" if the phone asks for a code but you don't have the manual.
5. Return to the "Bluetooth" menu and select "Find Devices." Wait for the phone to search for the Bluetooth headset and pair to it.
6. To stream the voice data directly to your headset, dial out and answer calls on your cell phone just as you normally would. Press the "Call" button on the headset to answer calls from the headset if your phone is not within easy reach. Press the "Call" button a second time to end any call that is currently active.
