The Nokia 6300 has a few upgraded features, compared to previous Nokia models. This phone is sophisticated, has a modern design and a stainless-steel cover. It comes standard with a 2 megapixel camera and 8X zoom. It has an mp3 player and FM radio. Start with the basics, from making a call to recording videos. The user manual is available for anyone who is having technical issues or would like to explore further features of this phone and operating system.
Instructions Messaging -> Create Message -> Multimedia Message. Scroll to a slide and select "Insert" and a content type from the list provided. Once you have the message set to your liking, select "Send" or press the call button. If you want to send the message via email, select "Add," enter a subject in the "Subject" field, and press "Send."
3. Record a video. Activate the video function by selecting Menu -> Media -> Video. Start the video by selecting the "Record button." Press again to pause. When your video is finished press the red stop button. If you have a memory card installed, the video will store to it; otherwise it will store to the memory of the phone.
4. Use the audio player. The audio player will play MP3 and AAC formats. You will need the Nokia PC Suite disc installed onto your computer to add files to your device. Add files to the music folder while your phone is connected to your computer. The files will automatically be detected when your phone is turned back on. To access these files select Menu -> Media -> Music Player.
5. Record voice texts for your personal use or send them to your contacts. Access your voice recorder by selecting Menu -> Media -> Voice Recorder. Use the keys on the screen to record, pause, play or stop. If you are in a call and want to record the conversation, simply press Options -> Record. To end the recording, press "Select." The recording will be found by selecting Menu -> Gallery -> Recordings.
