JVC produces a wide variety of electronics devices, components and accessories, including LCD televisions, DVD and Blu-Ray players, home theater systems, camcorders, car audio systems, and portable stereos and speakers. Though JVC is a trusted brand known for quality products, these products are not above the glitches or larger problems that can occur with any such device. To take advantage of the various support resources that JVC provides with their products, including warranty and service options, you must first register your product with JVC.
Instructions
1. Complete the registration card that came with your product, if one was included. Fill out all the information in the spaces provided, including your name and address and the product model and serial number, as well as the date of purchase. Mail in the completed card when finished to the address listed on the card.
2. Go to JVC's Customer Support website (see References) to register the product online. The support home page provides links to the available options shown, including replacement parts, warranties, service center locations and user manuals.
3. Click "Register your recently purchased JVC product" under the Registration header. This takes you to the product registration home page; click on your specific type of product to register it.
4. Fill out the various fields of the registration page, including your name, address, phone number and email address, as well as the model and serial number and purchase date and location. Also fill out the short survey on the page related to your purchase, and click "Submit" to complete registration.
