The Motorola W377 is a discontinued flip phone used on the AT&T cell phone network. The phone has is a built-in radio and the option to upload ringtones directly to the device with a USB data cable and a driver installed onto a connected computer. Once the computer is primed for the Motorola W377 connection, the actual download process only takes a moment or two.
Instructions

6. Click "Start," "(My) Computer" and double-click the cell phone icon. Choose the "Ringtones" folder once the new window appears and a selection appears with all the ringtones currently installed on the Motorola W377.
