1. Choose the program you wish to use, from the Resource list, and browse to it on the Internet from your computer.
2. Download the web-to-mobile applications necessary. This will vary from resource to resource.
3. Purchase credit from the program for your Internet-to-mobile call, per the instructions of the individual program you chose, with your credit card, debit card, or through PayPal.
4. Enter the mobile number of the individual you would like to call into your program's dialing program. If you are calling an international number, you may need to change the country code.
5. Click the call or dial number of the program you are using.

6. Browse to Skype in your internet browser, using your computer.
7. Click "Get Skype" in the upper navigation menu (second from the left).
8. Download the Skype application and install onto your computer.
9. Open the Skype application and enter your user name and password.
