Bar cell phones are easy to use and come loaded with features.


Cell phones come in all shapes, including the bar design, which has a rectangular appearance, typically with a slim and long body. Bar cell phones can have a touch screen, QWERTY keyboard or key pad for number entry. Every cell phone provider has a selection of bar phones in its mobile arsenal, with different features and functions.


HTC Evo


Cnet gave the HTC Evo a four out of five star overall rating in 2010, with a nine out of 10 for design and performance, calling it one of the top Android smart phone devices. The Evo features a 4-inch touchscreen with both a primary 8-megapixel camera and a front-facing camera that supports video chatting. Internally, the smart phone holds a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, providing fast speeds even when using multiple applications. The HTC Evo runs the Google Android operating system, so users can sync their Gmail, Google Talk and Google Voice accounts with their phone, and access the Android Marketplace for thousands of add-on applications.


Samsung Instinct HD


In 2010, Cnet rated the Samsung Instinct HD four out of five stars, with a nine out of 10 rating for performance, deeming it one of the best cameras around, with a brilliant display. The Samsung Instinct HD -- the second version of the Instinct design offered by Sprint -- features include a 4-inch touch screen, 5-megapixel camera and video recorder, and microSD memory card storage. The screen has a high-resolution display that can produce HD-quality images. Internally, the Instinct comes packed with features including built in Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, a web browser and visual voice mail. The Instinct also has an all-in-one messaging system that integrates your text messages, emails and picture messages into one inbox.


Droid Incredible


The Droid Incredible, created by HTC and sold by Verizon Wireless, runs the Google Android OS. The Droid Incredible has a slim design with a full touch screen, and rates as one of the fastest phones on the market with a 1 Ghz processor. The phone also features an 8-megapixel camera, built-in Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and GPS. Internally, the Droid can integrate all of your Google email, calendar and contact information, allowing the device to auto-sync seamlessly with your accounts. Skype Mobile, YouTube, Twitter and Facebook applications come standard with the Droid Incredible and the user can visit the Android Marketplace to further customize the phone. Cnet gave the Droid Incredible four out of five stars and a nine out of 10 for performance and features, citing its polished design and blazing-fast speeds.
