Pair A Jabra Sp700

Setting up your Bluetooth headset will have you driving safely in no time

The SP700 is a Bluetooth speaker that is manufactured by Jabra and designed for use in your car. It supports features such as noise reduction for better sound quality, and an FM transmitter to allow streaming of calls or music from your phone to your stereo speakers. It also supports the connection of up to seven phones, one at a time. Pairing your phone to the speaker is a relatively simple process that can make your life easier, and it ensures that you can legally drive and still use your phone.

Instructions

Pairing: The First Time

1. Plug the SP700 in to charge. Allow two hours for a full charge.

2. Unplug the device once it is fully charged. The battery status icon will change from red to green once it is done.

3. Turn on the speaker. To do this, press the answer call button for two seconds. The speaker will now announce that it is in pairing mode.

4. Enable the Bluetooth function on your mobile phone via your settings menu.

5. Instruct your phone to find the speaker. On most phones, this can be accomplished by manually selecting the "search for new devices" option. This term may vary based on your phone's make and model.

6. Select the "Jabra SP700" from the list of devices that pop up. Your phone may require a code to fully connect. If so, enter "0000." Your device will then pair and connect to the speaker automatically.
